By engaging Vaeto Technologies Private Limited ("Vaeto") for penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or Virtual CSO advisory, you ("Customer", "Client") represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to grant permission for security testing on the specified domains, IP addresses, APIs, and cloud environments.
All security audits and VAPT engagements will be conducted strictly within the Rules of Engagement (RoE) agreed upon prior to execution. Testing methodologies comply with OWASP Top 10, PTES (Penetration Testing Execution Standard), and NIST SP 800-115 guidelines.
Both parties agree that all vulnerability findings, system architectures, credentials, and assessment reports constitute Strict Confidential Information. Vaeto executes a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving access to customer codebases or staging infrastructure.
Upon final payment, the Customer retains exclusive ownership of all custom vulnerability assessment reports, remediation roadmaps, and compliance readiness documentation generated during the engagement.
Vaeto executes testing using industry-standard ethical hacking tools and safety protocols. While we exert maximum care to prevent disruption, testing is performed on agreed targets and Vaeto is not liable for incidental service delays outside pre-approved window SLAs.
